IPMT Workshop and final (4^th) project meeting took place on 16^th-18^thJuly, 2018 at Larnaca, Cyprus. 100 million Digitally Connected Health EU Citizend by 2027

The Digital Health Society launches moonshot objective and mission "100 million Digitally Connected Health EU Citizens by 2027".

This moonshot mission aims to develop a series of activities and research & innovation projects, driving to collect and connect the data of 100 million European citizens, by 2027, and make them available (under conditions) for the purposes of:

(1) Research, (2) Improvement of health and care services, (3) Citizens’ empowerment and self-management for a better health and wellbeing, (4) Innovation and development of innovative products and services
