Dr. Sabine Mueller (female) is group manager of “Biomedical Data Science” at Fraunhofer IBMT. She studied Bioinformatics at Saarland University and received her PhD from the Chair of Clinical Bioinformatics at Saarland University in 2016. Since October 2015, she is working for Fraunhofer IBMT, where she is responsible for automation, biobanking and data integration in stem cell technology. Her main expertise lies in analyzing molecular and biomedical data with focus on human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs). Until now, she is author of 17 publications on data analysis. At Fraunhofer IBMT, she is involved in several projects, especially the IMI projects EBiSC and EBiSC2. In addition, she is part of the Fraunhofer Project Centre for Stem Cell Process Engineering.
